The COVID-19 pandemic presented a challenge for Smartfin in holding its annual shareholder meeting, with shareholders located across different locations. To address this challenge, Smartfin turned to VNKR Studios for a digital solution.

Approach

Our team at VNKR Studios provided a realistic film studio set, resembling a traditional shareholder meeting with a stage, atmospheric lighting, TVs, and a curtain backdrop. The meeting was held via Zoom, enabling clear communication and presentations of the portfolio companies’ past, current, and future performances.

The Result

VNKR Studios enabled Smartfin’s successful annual shareholder meeting with effective engagement and a showcase of portfolio companies’ performances. The realistic film studio set created a professional and captivating experience for all participants.
