CapitalatWork, a Wealth Management Company, wanted to keep their clients and prospects informed about finance-related topics through monthly market update videos. The videos were to be presented by their Chief Investment Officer, Erwin Desyn.

Approach

Our team was responsible for setting up a standard video set at CapitalatWork’s Antwerp office on a monthly basis, with timely delivery being the top priority. We understand the importance of keeping the content fresh and up-to-date, which is why we always delivered within a maximum of 7 days.

CapitalatWork came to VNKR Studios with the goal of showcasing their 2022 outlook on asset management, estate planning, and the stock market. They wanted to feature two industry executives and their Chief Investment Officer, and host an online event to reach their clients and prospects.

Approach

Our team transformed our film studio into a replica of CapitalatWork’s Antwerp offices, using parts of their furniture and decor to create a familiar and comfortable atmosphere for the event. We wanted to ensure a seamless transition from the office to the online world for their audience.

The Result

The live-streamed event was a huge success, giving the viewers the impression that it was taking place in the CapitalatWork office. This sense of familiarity and recognition helped build a strong connection between the company and its audience, making the event well received by their clients and prospects.
